Where we've been.
Doors Open in New Brighton
UTS opens its first shop on 1st Street with two service bays. The mission: be a one-stop-shop for owner-operators.
First Expansion
After three years of growth, we move a few buildings down 1st Street to a larger facility with more service bays.
Move to Roseville
We outgrow the second building and move three miles south to Roseville. New facility brings 14 service bays, expanded parts department, and warehouse. Service expands to include semi-trailers and tankers.
Universal Truck Sales
We launch the dealership. Initially semi-trucks and box trucks; today we sell everything from dry vans to refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, side-dumps, and construction equipment.
Trailer & Tanker Division
The trailer/tanker division grows enough to need its own facility. We return to our origins on 5th Avenue in New Brighton — one block from where it all started.
